Who can I refer? Anyone in Sales or GTM roles (SDR, AE, Marketing, CSM, etc.) who hasn’t already applied or been in contact with our team in the last 6 months.

What do I need to include in a referral? We need their name and a LinkedIn profile or resume. That’s it. More context helps, but not required.

How much can I earn? Referral bonuses range from $500 to $2,500, depending on the role. The exact amount is listed next to each job.

When (and how) do I get paid? After your referral gets hired and stays for 90 days, we’ll reach out to confirm payout details. You'll receive your gift card within 14 days from that point.

What if someone else refers the same person? Only the first referral submitted (based on timestamp) is eligible. We don’t split bonuses.

Can I refer more than one person? Yes! Refer as many qualified people as you want. There’s no cap on payouts.

What if I don’t know if they’re already in process? Submit anyway. If we’re already in contact, we’ll let you know. You only get paid if they weren’t already in our pipeline.
